Welded with imported high quality stainless steel reaching to the food sanitation standard.Inside polished perfectly. Wonderful thermal insulation property for the use of imported PU foam and the cone shaped bottom. Dimple plate,arch channel and fluting channels formed the cooling jackets of fermentation tank together,which perform well in heat exchange. Kinds of pipelines are connected between each tanks,which make PLC control system available,reached to auto & semi-automatic control.Which also guarantees the accuracy of the process parameters and experimental results.All the pipelines which contacted with material are of sanitary ISO or DIN standard. At the same time,each fermentation tank attaches a JMC-1 type yeast concentration detector,and realize online testing fullyguaranteeing the veracity of the testing.
