The whole operational process is under the man-machine interface type control which is internationally advanced and has powerful function. 1．Bottles first pass through the distance-adjusting device and are arranged in equidistance and then enter the photoelectric sensing area, where the reeled label paper, controlled by a step motor, is automatically fed. Then the auto-peeled labels are accurately glued to the bottles. In the labeling process, another group of photoelectric sensors limit a later-coming label feeding to ensure correct labeling. The labeling is conducted one by one with the consecutive bottling feeding. Then the glued labels are pressed by a roller wheel and finally the resultant bottles are automatically put out to finished labeling process. 2.
