DPG500 Tracklayer Introduction DPG500 tracklayer was an project of China Railway Ministry Science and Technology Development Programs (project number:2003G09-B). It is a special large-scale automatic equipment designed to meet seamless track’s laying requirements for laying sleepers between original and new rails as well as laying long rails.It is applicable to lay both ballast and ballastless tracks. Design Features: DPG500 tracklayer adopts the method of laying sleepers singly in a row. The constructing method saves rail-assembly site and related equipments, and can ensure to lay an accurate rail line, especially when laying long rails on curved lines.
