We also manufacture tailor made panels to meet the international customer's specific needs. Features: Panel body fabricated from CRC sheet and duly powder coated. All controls are in easy reach of the operator. Panel can be operated in fully automatic mode or manual mode. Precisely controls mixing of aggregates, sand and water to produce homogenous mixture as per the required job mix formula. Heavy duty push buttons, toggle switches, knobs & levers are placed in logical manner / sequence for operating and controlling the plant. With in built safety devices like fuses, MCB, MCCB, relays, over load protection, emergency stop button etc. Indicating devices like lamps, meters etc. for no flow, main power supply, variable speed and other constant speed motors. Mimic display ensures the functioning status of all components of the plant. Panel has the features of computer interfacing and provided with printer serial port and USB port.
