The roll mill is mainly used to rubber padding's soak, mixing and crude rubber's plasticate. Structure feature: Open mill 610×1530 mainly consists of machine body, transmission system, distance adjustable device, security and urgent driving-stop device, roll temperature adjustment device,lubricant system, rubber block and glued joint device, and electric controlled system. Roller: it adopts the LTG-H alloy chilled iron material, surface hardness HS68-75, working surface has grinding and processing period, the roller bearing use the double-column self-aligning rolling bearing,which uses grease to do lubricating. Transmission system: The reducer is hard tooth surface reducer, the motor and the reducer is connected by elastic ring coupling.The reducer adopts the double output shaft structure, connected the rollers by Nylon Universal Coupling rod pin.All the driver gears of the reducer are gathered in the case body, spray-type,good lubricating and long life time. The main parts: The hard tooth surface reducer, rollers, and the bearings all use the domestic well-known brands, some important electrical parts like PLC are use international famous brands.
