Our Mixing Tank Weighing Systems are designed for weighing amount of liquid or solid material filled into or discharged from industrial tanks, silos, bunkers and mixers. We have the expertise to commission the systems for any type of applications such as normal, hygienic, high temperature, hazardous, corrosive, etc. Our unique concept of using pad plates ensures quick and accurate installation of load cells. 1. The series Automatic dispensing equipment is real-time detecting the tank self weight and the liquid self weight. 2. The sensor is mounted outside of the tank body, not contact the liquid. 3. The sensor adopts high-precision imported Load cells. It will make the dispensing more precise. 4. It adopts silicone hose(USA) for the weighting tank connection, working pressure from -73.3 to 204.4℃, which meets the GMP and FDA requirement. 5. It controlled by the PLC & touch screen, friendly interface and easy use. Once you input the total liquid weight and the density you need, the PLC will automatic control the feeding and the dispensing. It will produce Qualified Product by one time. 6. It has CIP cleaning and SIP sterilizing function.
