DY-HPT Hand-Push Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine, used together with the pre-heater to mark lines, is the general equipment in the thermoplastic road marking constructions. Its marking shoe material and manufacture process are good, the floor knife is durable and abrasion resistant, the glass beads dispensing is even and adjustable, and the operation of straight lines and curved lines is precise. The marking line has the advantages of regular edge and head, uniform thickness and beautiful shape. 1) Paint tank: Stainless or high temperature resistant steel ektexine and inner bucket. Capacity: 70kg. The heating temperature can be freely controlled according to the different kinds of paint chosen by users. The tank is equipped with plug type hand stirring device. 2) Capacity of glass beads bin:12kg. 3) Glass beads dispenser: The automatic glass beads dispenser is synchronous with the marking system. The dispensing quantity can be freely adjusted. 4) Marking shoe: The screeding marking shoe is made of special material with the characteristics of high-precision, shock resistance and high temperature resistance. The standard configuration is 150mm. 5) Screeding knife: Hard alloy with eccentric device. The line thickness can be adjusted by coordinating with the adjusting device in the front of the marking shoe. (Adjusting range: 1.5mm - 2.5 mm.) 6) Rubber wheel: The wheel is made of heat resistant rubber. The back stern wheel is equipped with locating device which ensures the machine walks in straight line or operates easily when turning. 7) Marking width: 100/150/200/300mm (Special sizes can be customized).
