Description
The Cracker Mill belongs to reclaimed rubber machinery,it is mainly consists of machine body, transmission part, security device,roller temperature adjustment device, lubricating system and accident driving-stop device. The former and the later roller is the main working parts of the machine, they working in an opposite direction via the motor and reduction gear's transmission within a certain speed ratio. The roller's surface is made by chilled iron, hard, abrasion proof and long life time, the two sides of the roller is supported by sliding bearing, and use oil syringe for lubricant. The distance between two rollers can adjusted freely in a certain range. The machine is installed with security device,when working overloaded,the safe chip will break up to protect the main parts from damaged because of overloading. When the machine breaks down, once pulling the draw bar of the accident driving-stop device, the machine would stop rotating immediately. Both sides of the roller installed with rubber back plate. Parts of rollers are equipped with cooling device, using to adjust roll surface temperature.
