Double roller crusher application: This machine is a glossy roller crusher,which is applied for laboratory to crush mineral stone or rocks with medium and low hardness ,and their compressive strength shoould be less than 700kg/cm³ Double roller crusher characteristics: This machine is mainly composed of engine base,press roller and safe spring.When working,the two press rollers will swing back in an opposite direction through V-belt,gear to crush material.The gap between the press rollers can be adjusted so as to controll the output size. Roller crusher operating principle: The main work parts are on the horizontal axis,parallelly install two opposite rotation press roller.One shaft is installed in the bearing to drive press roller,while the other shaft installed in the adjustable bearing.You can adjust the gap between two rollers to move the bearing seat by the tightening bolts made of hand wheel and thread sleeve,when adjusting,should loosen the nut.The bearing seat is installed on the machine body,at one side of fixing press roller,there is spring installed.When non-crushed material fall into the crushing chamber,spring is over-compressed ,the gap between press rollers is larger,non-crushed material can pass smoothly without damaging other components to play a security role.The hopper is set on the tope of the upper cover,in the inside wall with liner to prevent the material from falling without press roller crushing.
