You for coming back to me, the control knobs we are using now are from Italy but our customers are complaining that they crack, loose colour and we have to keep replacing them. We need large red control knobs which is very heat resistant as mostly it is used on gas stoves which burn just about 20 hours a day. They are 70cm diameter and the hole in the back is approx 8mm. We would prefer this knob to be able to be fastened with a little screw if it is not spring loaded. Attached the picture of the one we are using now. It must be red… We will eventually put our company name on the ring with the heat temperatures if you do not do that. I does not need to be the same style but must be as big as the ones we are using now. Please note this is not for domestic use but large hotels and very large equipment
