Our products’ quality has stood the test of Japanese market many years, and we have shaped a set of our own strict bag producing requirements for quality: At first, all cutting pieces of shell fabric and lining should be checked up before stitching process (contain the face and the reverse side), all material should though the discoloration test, and should completely meet the sample material of our customers; and then, every metal should though salt spraying test; all products must pass the needle detector (our needles are controlled very strictly); the stitch length of our products is controlled in eighth inch, the base eidos of our bags is fastness; all our bags will be checked up by our QC; and then, there will be some practised QC to review the bags; at last, our OQC will examine products under the AQL standard before shipping. We have our own QC testing room and a high level sample design team, the design department has 8 designers, they have ability to make all kinds of sample bags.
