Description
Dear Sir, for Acid heaters to heat our HCl (bath of size LXBXH approximately 18mtrsX2.4MtrsX0.6mtr. The quantity of Hcl would be minimum 2000ltrs and maximum 4000ltrs and at a maximum concentration of 12 to 25%, to pickle our H.R. sheet faster) to a temperature of 45Deg.C +/_5Degree c. Please also note that the Hcl depth will be 50mm when fresh HCl 2000ltrs filled in the bath and will be 100mm when 4000ltrs ( when addition of 2000ltrs is made). The top of the HCl bath is covered with covers, hoods, ducts to extract fumes and are connected to a scrubbing system. The H.R. coil of 1.24mtr width anf of thickness 1.6mm to 2.5mm will go through the HCl bath at a speed of 1.8mtrs./min. with FRESH Hcl BATH AND 1.6 mtrs./min. with old HClbath.
