Our company Name is SATISH SURESH LEATHERS. We are basically leather manufacturers and we need the heaters to dry up the leather. We will be having around 2000 to 3000 leather pieces of around 6 sq feet in a room and we need them to get dried up in one hour or a maximum of 2 hours. Right now we are using coal to dry up the leather. So i would like to have a suggestion from you as to what must be the 4 features (1. Air flow rate, 2. Air pressure, 3. Air inlet temp. to the heater, 4. Air outlet temp. requitred ) for the conditions that i have mentioned to be fulfilled. We would like to have ELECTRICITY or Oil as the HEAT SOURCE and i would suggest a temperature range between 75 to 125 degrees celsius (Which can be adjusted). please mention the following details of the product 1.Temperature range of the Air heater 2. Its Size 3. The maximum room size which it can heat easily 4. Price of the Air heater 1. The room size is length=20 feet, width=20feet and height=10feet 2. The Weight of the leather that is kept for drying is about 100 to 200 gms and the average size of a leather piece is 5.7 feet approximately.
