Temperature & Humidity Control system consisting heating and cooling system , humidifiers & measuring sensors for Environmental Simulator Chamber having the following specifications. Chamber will be fabricated by us. Your scope will be supplying accessories for heating, cooling and humidification. Chamber volume is 10CuM ( Dia 2.1 m X 2.1 m long having oneside end dome openable with hinge ) 1 Temp of air inside the chamber - 10+_ 1 to 80+_2 Centigrade , Pressure inside the chamber variable from partial vacuum to atmospheric ( 0.13 KPa to 120 KPa ) 2 Humidity level 30 to 90% RH for all operating pressure & temp range 3 System should control the temp & humidity at any above mentioned range 4 System should consists of an air-conditioning system for maintaining temp(starting 10 deg centigrade) & for controlling humidity 5 Heating system for generating & maintaining higher temp. Provision for controling heating system to maintain 30 to 80 deg centigrade 6 Additional humidifiers for varying humidity level inside the chamber 7 To maintain uniform temp & humidity inside the chamber I am attaching details of chamber for your understanding , your offer should be for heating / cooling & humidifiers , sensors only.
