Note that in our manufacturing plant at some locations we are pumping liquid slurries by application of "Screw Pumps" or "Diaphragm pumps" but we can not provide strainer in pump suction as the same get clogged frequently. Due to misoperation sometimes metal object (MS nuts & washers, SS nuts and washers and other small metal objects) comes in the pumps and damage the same. We want to provide array of permanent magnets in suction header, so that if some metal objects come in the system, the same are trapped inside the pipeline and can be removed during preventive checking.
