Sir, we would like to inform you that we would like to offer a brand new factory located at Kandla SEZ for doing value added work on imported engineering goods and re-export. The size of our factory is 60,000 sq.ft. built up area and 80,000 sq.ft. land. We have procured the factory in September, 2008. One if its unit consists of RCC building one story floor size of 21,000 sq.ft. carpet area of 12 ft. height with all amenities. It also consists 2000 sq.ft. of well furnished office. Additional to this 42,000 sq.ft. place we have one north light shade of 15,000 sq.ft. with 25 ft. height. The place has enough space for container to move around. It has a road opening on two sides making entry and exist of trucks with containers easy. We seek some business opportunities at the place. Our past experience is of 35 years in manufacturing precision machined components from forgings, castings, bars. We also have considerable experience in working on sheet metal components. We are a quality conscious company and we have been awarded ISO 9000 in 2000 and TS16949: 2002 in 2007 from BSI. We have an ongoing export business in markets like U.K., U.S.A., France, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Germany and U.A.E. to name few. We are well versed with formalities of excise, customs & exports as we are into the exporting for last 15 years.
