My client is in the business of agri processing i.e. rice mill and ginning factory. The unit is NPA and notice of secuterisation is served but auction of unit is still pending. We need short term finance to save unit from auction. Outstanding balance is Rs. 80 Lacs and market value of property is appx. 5.50 crores. We want short term arrangement of Rs. 150.00 Lacs.
