Balance holes on the cutter wheel and strap wheel are located farer away from each other,which improves the stability of the center between two holes and they will not lose shape. The upper and lower beams are automatically lifted by digital control.It is easy to operate,makes the slice-cutting more accuracy and avoids the slice error produced by hitting the hand wheel when operating on a trolley. The location of electric motor on the upper beam is changed,the location the electric motor of the main wheel id elevated to a higher place,and the grasping force of 10hp electric motor and strap wheel os increased,avoiding the skidding when cutting a slice. The lower cutting plate is sprayed with tungsten steel，can bear abrasion and will not lose shape. The whole knife seat is fixed on a slide carriage.The location can be adjusted according to the material hardness when cutting a slice,which doesn't need to adjust the gap between knife-holder plate or return the knife seat which saves time and effort. There is a conveying wheel added to the front of feed plate and the base of knife seat which saves time and effort. The shaft is of original koyo brand in Japan and has a high precision and good anti-abrasion product quality.
