Dalli IRON mines is one of the captive mines of SAIL. It processes iron ore @ 5.55 Mt /a, with 100% wet processing facilities. Slime beneficiation plant consits of Hydro-cyclone, Fluidized Bed classifier, spiral classifier. This year the same plant would be upgraded with MIMS for further recovery of iron ore conc. from the rejects. The min produces 65%Fe grade lump (8-40 mm) and 63%Fe grade fines.
