max profile length we will be anodizing is 7000mm. min weight for a profile is 0.213 kg and max weight is 3.988 kg. it will have 15 micro of anodization. i need to know the required land size needed for such a project. we found some land between 1500-2000 sqr-meter. also, whatever the required electricity needed we can get, it’s not a problem. we work 8 hours a day 6 days a week, not including the over time. this factory will be supporting our aluminum factory and also we will be open to the market. the amount of aluminum we will do a month is not determined yet. we will only be working on aluminum profiles, flat aluminum sheet 1mm-3mm thick and 1x2 meter-1.22x2.44 meters in size. also we need to be able to anodize arched profiles that can have the size of 1 meter in width and 2 meters in height. regarding the anodizing tanks, does it have to be made of special materials and does it have to be brought from you also, or can we make them in saudi and install them? now, i need you to send me your best recommendation of an anodizing line and all the requirements needed to be able to start on getting it ready for you.
