Dahi: In India curd (Dahi) is by used large population. It is fermented milk which people often add in several types of foods prepared by them. We offer Dahi Plant in which filtered, standardized, homogenized and pasteurized milk is cooled to 22-25°C and then culture is inoculated to milk.
